The mission of the organization is to facilitate access to leadership and educational opportunities to empower under-represented communities by creating and connecting local families to resources. Our goal is to support and develop multicultural and multilingual mentors who will hone leadership skills that build on/reaffirm the traditions and practices of the local African-American and Latinx communities to enhance career and academic opportunities.
